PARENTS PAGE

The parents page will include sign up form for the Back to School Event.  All children Kindergarten through 12th grade can sign up to receive backpacks, school supplies, hair cuts, hygiene items, clothes, food and more! 

Health and Wellness screenings for adults and children can be found on this page as well.  We will be offering Breast cancer and Prostate Screenings, vitamins for pregnant women, dentist, eye doctors and more!  

There are many ways to get involved with RISE & DREAM Foundation and our Annual Back to School Fresh Start Event featuring a Health and Wellness Expo.

Attend one of our events, become a partner or sponsor, share with your network and connections, become a drop off location for items needed, give an in-kind or monetary donation or volunteer your time and services in a pro bono fashion.  We'd love to have you on board!
